Little Baby Max – Media, PA

You can tell when you enter another creative person’s home. Arriving to Aimee & Jon’s place on an super rainy day in early July, I noticed so many special (and gorgeous) decorating touches all over the place. We immediately had a connection to a neighborhood in South Philly and realized we have a ton in common. Needless to say, she had some adorable ideas for the photos and luckily for us, little Maxwell decided to sleep most of the time! What a perfect addition to their family! Lifestyle newborn photos are so special to me – I love capturing all the feels of spending the first few days together at home. Enjoy! xo

P.S. – a succulent/cactus themed nursery is my absolute new obsession!

Newborn Baby Ava – South Philly

Welcome to the world Baby Ava! Check out this beautiful newborn shoot!

Have you heard of the website: Nextdoor? Well, it is a social media website that connects you to your local neighbors. People can post about a lost pet, furniture they are getting rid of, complaints, recommendations & more! I never would have thought it would have been a place to get a newborn referral but there’s a first for everything! Ava’s mom and I corresponded through the website and then met up for her first baby girl’s newborn session in South Philly.  Ava’s nursery was picture perfect! We were blessed with a gorgeous afternoon and the nursery had some big sliding doors letting in a ton of natural light. To say baby Ava was a natural in front of the camera is an understatement – she was certainly a joy to work with on her photography debut!

Jim + Elizabeth – Lansdale Wedding

When I tell you these two were SO HAPPY, I really really mean it. They were head over heals in love kind of happy! It was a beautiful sunny Saturday in Lansdale at the Holiday Inn! We were blessed with the most beautiful outdoor wooded area for the wedding photos! Anthony & Julian – Twin Newborn Shoot

Anthony & Julian’s mom won my Sweetpeashots Photography Portrait Giveaway this spring and used her shoot to photograph her beautiful newborn baby twins! I met their entire family including grandparents and great grandparents during this at home newborn session in South Philly! It was evident they are surrounded by tons of love and support. Mom & dad certainly have their hands full – of 2 bundles of joy! Congratulations!

Another gorgeous sunny afternoon was the perfect backdrop for this bright and cheery maternity shoot! This lovely mom & dad to be were all dolled up ready for their baby shower so we snapped some pictures at the Laurel Hill Mansion before their guests arrived! Can’t wait to meet your little man in a few weeks!

Iyla Newborn Shoot

Race Street Engagement Proposal!

Race Street Pier overlooking the Ben Franklin Bridge provided the perfect backdrop for this surprise engagement proposal. The anticipation for this shoot was intense…you would have thought I was proposing! I met Nick through a good friend and we chatted all week leading up to this big moment. He was such a romantic and I’m so honored to have the opportunity to photograph the big moment! Congratulations Nick & Sam! Best wishes & happy wedding planning!

Photoventure to Joshua Tree

It took us about 3 hours to drive from LA into the Mojave/Colorado Dessert…a journey through long roads lined with windmills and snow-capped mountains. We finally reached this magical place full of funky trees and the cutest western town you ever did see.
